We’re recruiting a Volunteer Membership Coordinator to support the growing SHINE community at Shine Together CIC 🌱

As The Women’s Awards marks its 10th anniversary this year, our online SHINE membership is growing fast, connecting nominees, finalists, winners, judges and supporters long after awards night.

We’re looking for a warm, organised volunteer to help welcome new members, keep the community engaged, and support our mission to champion women’s achievement, recognition and reward.

This is a flexible, remote volunteer role, just 2–3 hours a week, perfect for someone who enjoys community-building and wants to be part of a purpose-led organisation making a real difference for women.
